Privacy Policy KMM Client Last updated: October 8, 2026 1. Overview This Privacy Policy applies to the KMM Client application ("Application"), developed by Kuori. The Application is an enterprise mobile management software client installed locally on Kuori display devices to monitor Android operating system status and facilitate remote device control via the KMM web application. 2. Data Collection and Usage The KMM Client application collects technical and operational data exclusively for monitoring, diagnostics, device health management, and executing server commands.  The data collected includes: Device Identifiers: Serial number used to uniquely identify the device within the management platform. Network Identifiers: IP address, MAC address and network name. Device Location: The device's precise location (GPS coordinates and their accuracy). The Application sends the location to the KMM server once after it starts, and again whenever an authorized administrator requests an update. Location is not tracked continuously. Because the devices run unattended, without an active user, the Application accesses location while running in the background. Location is used only to show administrators where their organization's devices are, for asset management and device recovery. Camera Data: Administrators can take a snapshot of the device screen. While these screenshots are intended purely for remote support and troubleshooting purposes, they may occasionally contain personal data , like usernames and email addresses.  3. No Personal Data Collection or Tracking The Application is strictly designed for enterprise digital signage management and does not collect personal data or track individual end users: No Audience Measurement: The Application does not measure, detect, or track viewers or individuals near the display. No User Accounts: The Application runs autonomously as a device client without personal account logins or end-user interaction. No Tracking of Individuals: Location data describes where a managed device is installed. It is not used to locate or follow people. 4. Remote Control Operations Authorized administrators can send remote management commands, such as capturing a screenshot or requesting the device location, via the central KMM web management server. The Application executes these commands locally and reports execution status. 5. External Web Application Policy Administrative access, user account management, and server-side logs are handled through the separate KMM web application, which is governed by its own privacy policy. 6. Data Sharing & Security Collected data is transmitted securely to the KMM server infrastructure and service providers operating on behalf of Kuori. We do not sell, rent, or share device data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. 7. Contact Information If you have questions regarding this privacy policy, please contact privacy@kuori.tech.
