The chosen <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">APK</span> exceeds the upload limit. Use a smaller build.

##### **The upload is rejected with a file type error**

Only <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">APK</span> files are accepted. Make sure the file is a real `.<span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">apk</span>` — a renamed file of another type is detected and rejected, and a file that cannot be read as a valid <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">APK</span> is not added.

##### **The Google Play window stays empty**

The embedded store takes a small moment to open — wait for it. If it never loads, check that the browser can reach Google Play (no blocking firewall or ad blocker).

##### **The Delete button is disabled**

The app is used by one or more Application policies — the **Assigned Policies** column shows which. Delete those policies first, then delete the app.

##### **The Download button is disabled**

Google Play apps have no file in <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">KMM</span> to download; only uploaded <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">APK</span> apps can be downloaded.

##### **A Google Play app shows no version or filename**

This is normal: Google Play delivers the app content, so <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">KMM</span> stores only the name and package for it.
