Troubleshooting for Administrative Policys

"Administrative policy with this name already exists in this enterprise"

Choose a different Description Name.

"Wipe cannot be scheduled before the block action." or "There must be at least one day between the block and wipe actions."

In the enforcement rule, set Wipe after days to at least one day more than Block after days.

"Enforcement rule name must be unique"

Two enforcement rules have the same Policy to enforce. Each option can only be used once — remove or change one of the rules.

"Cannot delete administrative policy because it is used in configuration"

Remove the policy from every device group that uses it, then delete it again.

The authentication fields cannot be edited

Authentication type and Required account email require a Domain-Managed Enterprise bound under your own Google domain. Upgrade the enterprise on the Enterprise page to use them; the selectable emails are the accounts of that domain.
