Troubleshooting for Application list page

"File too large. Max size is 1 GB."

The chosen APK exceeds the upload limit. Use a smaller build.

The upload is rejected with a file type error

Only APK files are accepted. Make sure the file is a real .apk — a renamed file of another type is detected and rejected, and a file that cannot be read as a valid APK is not added.

The Google Play window stays empty

The embedded store takes a small moment to open — wait for it. If it never loads, check that the browser can reach Google Play (no blocking firewall or ad blocker).

The Delete button is disabled

The app is used by one or more Application policies — the Assigned Policies column shows which. Delete those policies first, then delete the app.

The Download button is disabled

Google Play apps have no file in KMM to download; only uploaded APK apps can be downloaded.

A Google Play app shows no version or filename

This is normal: Google Play delivers the app content, so KMM stores only the name and package for it.
